- Whether you’re new to meditation or want to deepen your practice, this 3 hour class will cover the benefits of meditation, best practices, the states of consciousness, and you will receive your primordial sound mantra.
- The primordial sound mantra is based on the time, date and location of your birth and is a special and sacred gift from ancient India.
